Warriors Earn Record 73rd Win, Passing Michael Jordan’s 1996 Bulls :::: #NBA

Wednesday night (April 13) was a hi
storic one for the NBA. In addition to Kobe Bryant's epic finale, the Golden State Warriors earned their 73rd win of the season... passing a record previously held by Michael Jordan's 1996 Chicago Bulls.
For two decades, no one could come close to the Bulls' record 72 wins... but Stephen Curry's Warriors now hold the NBA's best-ever regular season record.

"I'm blessed to play this game, and have great teammates to sit up with every single night. I just try to keep getting better, keep pushing myself and try not to have any limits. That's what motivates me every single night," Steph says of his drive this season.
"We raised the bar of expectations for ourselves [over last season]," he continued. "That's really all it's about is... the expectations we put on ourselves in that locker room. We don't need any extra motivation, but we seem to be getting it a lot."
In addition to leading his team to the historic win mark, Curry also reached some major individual feats. He reached 400 three-pointers, the most ever in a single season and breaking his own mark; and becoming the first guard since Michael Jordan to average 30 points and shoot over 50% from the field.
The Golden State Warriors now go into the playoffs the favorite to win it all and earn back-to-back NBA titles.
