Conor McGregor Says He’s Back on UFC 200 Card, UFC Says No :::: #Sports

Days after the drama surrounding Conor Mc
Gregor and UFC 200 was revealed, the MMA star took to social media to say that he's back on the card. But... the UFC doesn't agree.
Late Sunday (April 24), McGregor took to Twitter to announce that he's been added back to the UFC 200 card, after he wrote for refusing to participate in the event's promotional efforts.

"Happy to announce that I am BACK on UFC 200!" he wrote. "Shout out to @danawhite and @lorenzofertitta on getting this one done for the fans. #Respect"
Shortly after, the UFC issued a statement, saying: "The tweet is not accurate."
On Monday (April 25), UFC president Dana White told TMZ the same thing. "We haven't talked to Conor or his manager since the press conference. I don't know why he would tweet that."
The UFC says that McGregor's opponent, Nate Diaz, would remain on the card, though the fighter said he wanted the McGregor rematch or he wouldn't fight.
Also on Monday, Diaz took to Twitter, saying that he intends to stick to his pledge to take a vacation rather than face another opponent.
