It was a big weekend for Miley Cyrus. In addition to playing host at Sunday's VMAs, she also dropped a surprise album for fans.

Following her performance of "Dooo It!," the pop star announced a new album calledMiley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz.

The project featured 23 weed-inspired tracks with appearances from Big Sean, Ariel Pink and Sarah Barthel of Phantogram.

"And now back to this bitch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what's good?" Nicki said to Cyrus, who was standing on another stage.

"We're all in this industry, we all do interviews, and we all know how they manipulate sh*t. Nicki, congratulations!" Miley said while the camera cut to Minaj, who looked at her like she was ready to fight. Nicki did crack a smile at the end.

Although it was unclear if it was a joke, Nicki later tweeted, "Lmfaooooooooooooo."

McDonald’s Declines Burger King’s Proposal For A “McWhopper” :::: #LifeStyle

Following Burger King's public proposal of a collaborative burger last week, McDonald's has decided to decline the offer.

 

BK had suggested the two fast-food chains come together to celebrate Internation Peace Day on September 21st with a hybrid burger called the "McWhopper,"merging the respective brands' signature menu items.

McDonald's responded via Facebook, saying that while it was a "great idea" for a "good cause," McD's thinks both brands can collab some "something bigger."

"Inspiration for a good cause... great idea," the statement from McDonald's CEO Steve reads. "We love the intention but think our two brands could do something bigger to make a difference. We commit to raise awareness worldwide, perhaps you’ll join us in a meaningful global effort?"

Maybe the McWhopper might come to frution after all?

Since the release of Straight Outta Compton, Jerry Heller has been quiet about his portrayal in the film.

In a recent interview with the L.A. Times, the former Ruthless Records head hinted at an upcoming lawsuit.

"Well, my only comment so far is that I think it's inappropriate for me to comment on a movie that I haven’t seen," Heller said, when asked about Paul Giamatti's portrayal of him. "I did see it on Saturday, and I'm still not willing to comment right now on that movie because I think sooner or later it may be part of an ongoing litigation."

Heller previously stated that he would not react until he had seen Straight Outta Compton, which he planned to do show on opening night... with his lawyers.

Game Reveals Release Date, Cover Art For “Documentary 2″ :::: #NewMusic

10 years later, the sequel to The Game's debut album, The Documentary, is coming.

Due out September 25, The Documentary 2 will follow the 2014 compilation Blood Moonand 2012's Jesus Piece.

The cover is shot in black-n-white by the famed Jonathan Mannion, and features the rapper posed in front of a chainlink fence on the bridge in Compton where he grew up. The title is done in blue, while his moniker is in red, a nod to the Los Angeles gang culture.

While details about The Documentary 2 have yet to be officially announced, Game has been in the studio with the likes of Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Timbaland, Sevyn Streeter and Keyshia Cole.

After breaking out last year with her hit, "2 On," Tinashe is hard at work on her next album... which she plans to drop later this year.

In an interview with Billboard, the singer revealed that she's recorded 30 tracks recorded for the still untitled project, tentatively scheduled for a November release.

This time around, she's worked with the likes of Dr. Luke and Max Martin.

"I don't see myself as an urban niche act," said Tinashe. "I want to have mainstream success that doesn't feel forced or label-made."

Before the album comes, Tinashe is scheduled to join Katy Perry as a supporting act on the South American leg of her "Prismatic World Tour," beginning Sept. 29.

A cause of death is unknown, but TMZ reports that a family member called 911 Thursday morning (August 27), and Dawkins was transported to a nearby hospital.

He was officially pronounced dead at 11:19 am.

Dawkins was the first NBA player drafted straight out of high school, when he was selected by Philadelphia with the fifth overall pick of the 1975 draft. He famously broke two backboards during the 1979 season.

During 14 seasons, he averaged 12 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game, playing for the 76ers, New Jersey Nets, Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons.

Reebok Classic teams up with designer Patrick Mohr for this limited edition version of their classic Ventilator model, exclusively for European retailer Zalando.

The collection features three versions of the shoe, which play on the extremes of black and white.

"The first model has more white than black, whilst for the second model it is the other way around. The third model has more of a balance, with 50% black and 50% white," says Mohr. "All three shoes tell a story, as even though they live between the two worlds of black and white, the three shoe models interact with one another, in the end resulting in a balance between these extremes."

Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose has been accused of rape by a purported ex-girlfriend, reports TMZ.

A woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she dated the NBA star from 2011 to 2013. During their relationship, she claims she was pressured to engage in various sexual acts, including masturbating in front of him, allowing him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers, all of which she refused.

Despite the attempts, they dated up until August 2013, when she says Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (his personal manager), raped her. One evening, she says she was invited to his home in Beverly Hills, Calif. Once there, they allegedly slipped a drug into her drink with the intent to rape her.
