The Game is being sued by a photographer, who claims he ripped off one of his photos for the cover of a recent single.
According to TMZ.com, Ariza Obey has filed a lawsuit against the Compton rapper for a photo he called "Ride Or Die," which was used for the cover for Game's single, "Ryda."
Obey says he posted the photo on Instagram back in September 2014. It then appeared on the cover art for Game's son in April 2015.
It's unclear how much the photographer is seeking in the lawsuit.
