Although he was recently ordered to fork over $80,000 in unpaid rent to his landlord, Tyga is fighting the case.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper filed a lawsuit against the landlord of a Calabasas, Calif. home he's been renting, claiming they had an agreement for him to buy the home, and even plopped down $200,000 as a down payment.
In June, a judge ordered him to pay $80,000 in back rent, after the home owner agreed to the settlement amount, down from $124,000.
Tyga was scheduled to appear in court on Monday (August 24), but failed to show.
Now, he's being ordered to pay up ... and move out.
