elling his Hollywood Hills home for $3.495 million... and here's a peek inside.
According to the L.A. Times, he's already accepting backup offers for the home.
It overlooks Studio City, and boasts 3,733 square feet of space, as well as four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite features a walk-in closet, a steam shower, and two soaking tubs.
Outside, there's a raised deck with a hot tub and a pool surrounded by a flagstone patio, a fire pit, and a long bar.
Dyrdek bought the house in 2012 for $2.5 million.
