Wale Talks “My P.Y.T.” Single & Relationship With Meek Mill :::: #Music

Wale returned to The Breakfast Club

radio show on Wednesday morning (May 25) to discuss his career.

During the interview, the MMG rapper talks about his new single "My P.Y.T.", his relationship with Meek Mill, and his upcoming album, SHINE.

First up, Wale says the album should be well received. "I'm a professional musician, so I wanna make sure people are like, 'I love his music' every time I drop music. And so that's why I do get offended," he explains. "Like yo, I ain't making this for me. The Album About Nothing was for me. SHINE is for the world. 'My P.Y.T.' is for the world."

Later, Wale talks about the status of his relationship with labelmate Meek Mill, insisting that they are good. "At the end of the day, that's my n*gga," he said, before praising Meek's Dreams Worth More Than Money... after beating out Drake, Kendrick and others for the Top Rap Album at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
