DJ Khaled teases a major an
nouncement over the weekend, which has been revealed: a deal with Epic Records for We The Best Music Group.
The Miami DJ reunites with Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid, who he worked previously at Def Jam. The first order of business will be his next album, titled Major Key.
"We the Best Music/Epic. Those two brands are synonymous with quality music. Iconic music," Khaled said in a statement. "L.A. Reid was the first executive to give We the Best Music an opportunity to distribute my music on a grand scale. It is a very satisfying feeling to realign myself with someone who shares my vision of bringing fans the best music possible."
