Former Da Band Member, Sara Stokes, Choked Out By Husband

Sara Stokes, a former singer of Diddy's Bad Boy group Da Band, was involved in yet another domestic altercation with her husband Tony.
the couple were involved in a physical altercation last weekend at a friend's house in Georgia, ending with Tony choking Stokes.
The singer's husband was arrested shortly after, taken into custody, and charged with battery. The next day he was released on $2,000 bail.
Despite how it looks, Tony is rumored to be shopping a reality show using the fame he's gotten from his publicized issues with his wife as a bargaining chip.
"Everybody speculates and blows things out of proportion,"It's a crazy kind of life. We're dysfunctional. We need our own TV show. I love my wife."
The couple's problems have played in the media over the last few years, ever since Sara became famous as a contestant on MTV's "Making The Band 2."
Sara was accused of stabbing Tony last summer, while her three children watched. However, she later denied reports claiming that Tony had in fact wounded himself. Sara wrote the incident off as a "misunderstanding." She went on to explain that after falling and bumping her head, Tony ran in the kitchen to get something to clean up her wound, and "accidentally cut his arms on knives in the kitchen sink."
On "Making the Band 2" in 2003, Sara outlasted countless hopefuls and eventually made Da Band, a group Diddy formed consisting six artists, Sara being the only singer and the others being rappers. After one album, which went gold, Diddy dissolved the group during the MTV series' Season Three finale.
We haven't heard much from the individual members since. Stokes has been working behind the scenes, doing song writing for other artists.
