As he did on his multi-platinum 2008 album, Tha Carter III, Lil Wayne utilizing a picture from his childhood for the cover of his highly anticipated, forthcoming album, Tha Carter IV.
This week, the artwork for the upcoming LP was unveiled, boasting a picture of a young Lil Wayne, dressed up in graduation attire, but with his signature tattoos (face and neck) super-imposed onto the pic.
The album, which has spawned the singles "6 Foot 7 Foot" and Rick Ross-assisted "John," will include guest appearances from Nicki Minaj and Drake; and is slated to drop this summer.
