Former Cleveland Cavaliers forward Anderson Varejao will join the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors, he confirmed with Cleveland.com.
The was acquired by the Portland Trail Blazers in a trade with the Cavs, and waived shortly after. Since then, he's agreed to a deal with the Warriors.
Varejao will earn the veterans minimum with Golden State for the remainder of the season, reports ESPN.
The 33-year-old forward appeared in 31 games with the Cavs this season, averaging 2.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
