Eminem Invests in Sneaker Stock Market, StockX :::: #Fashion

Eminem has become an investor for Detroit-based sneaker stock market, StockX.
The rapper and his manager Paul Rosenberg has agreed to invest an undisclosed amount into the company, as well as help in its marketing and strategic efforts.
Dubbed "The Stock Market for Sneakers", the platform is touted as the world's first sneaker stock market, offering stats on the going rate is for a specific sneaker in real-time. It's also a marketplace where buyers purchase shoes and sellers can sell them. But, both the consumer and sell are protected, as StockX authenticates every shoe to ensure they're real.

In its partnership with Eminem, StockX is holding a giveaway for a pair of Eminem's extremely limited Carhart Air Jordan 4's.
"Sneakers have always been a huge interest of mine, for at least as long as I’ve been rapping, and I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had so many collaborations with Nike and Jordan Brand," Eminem says in a press release. "I really like the fact that sneakers are a big part of what StockX is doing. When I found out that they happen to be doing it from downtown Detroit, it made even more sense to get involved."
For a chance to win the kicks, valued at $30,000, contestants can buy or sell shoes through StockX or refer friends to the site. A runner-up receives a prize package of three Yeezy shoes and third place gets a package of five Jordan 1 shoes. Enter here.
