Nike invited us out to USC's John McKay Center on Tuesday (September 2) for a private training session with head strength and conditioning coach, Ivan Lewis.
Nike Training's first Train LA session kicked off with a series of warm-up sprints and stretches. Things quickly heated up once dynamic workouts began, consisting of Four Corner and Karaoke agility drills. After an intense training session on the turf we headed to the weight room for conditioning (Kettlebell Squats and Chin-Ups), finally concluding the night's intense workout.
