Rick Ross is being sued by a woman, who claims she was drugged and raped during Grammy weekend in the rapper's van, reports TMZ.
In the lawsuit, the woman (who is only referred to as Jane Doe) claims she met up with Rick and his entourage at Los Angeles' W Hotel, and was invited to go to Cannabis Cup with them.
From there, she got into a van with the rapper and several others, during which she says she offered a cocktail. However, shortly after she became dizzy and eventually passed out.
Although she briefly came to in the van, she woke up in a hotel room the next day with a man named Thaddeus James, also known as "Black." She realized her clothes had been removed and she had been sexually assaulted.
Doe believes Black is the one who raped her, so she's filed a lawsuit against him, as well as Rick Ross, because Black is Ross' agent... and it was also Ross' van.
The rapper has yet to comment on the claims.
