Jason Richardson Retires From NBA After 13 Years :::: #NBA

Veteran swingman Jason Richardson is calling it quits, after 13 years in the NBA.
Jason RichardsonThe 34-year-old announced his retirement on Facebook, which was later confirmed by the Hawks on Thursday (Sept. 24). He says his decision was "hard and tough," but made easier by "choosing my family and my health."
Richardson played 19 games with the Philadelphia 76ers last season, but his play shortened by a knee injury.
He signed with the Atlanta Hawks just last month, but apparently, won't be playing with the team this season.
During his career, Richardson played with Warriors from 2001 to 2007. He also played with Phoenix, Orlando and Charlotte, averaging 17.1 points a game, including three seasons over 20 points.
He was also the NBA Slam Dunk champ in 2002 and 2003.
