Baseball Legend Yogi Berra Dies At 90 :::: #MLB

Yogi BerraBaseball legend Yogi Berra has passed away at the age of 90.
Reports say the Hall of Fame catcher died of natural causes on Tuesday (Sept. 22) at his home in New Jersey.
"While we mourn the loss of our father, grandfather and great-grandfather, we know he is at peace with Mom," Berra's family said in a statement. "We celebrate his remarkable life, and are thankful he meant so much to so many. He will truly be missed."
The New York Yankees announced they would honor Berra by wearing the No. 8 on their left sleeve during Wednesday night's (Sept. 23) game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Berra played in a record 10 World Series championships with the New York Yankees -- more than any other major leaguer. He was also a three-time American League MVP, a 15-time All-Star, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1972.
