Atlanta rapper Rocko is suing Future for $10 million, claiming he was instrumental in his success, reports TMZ.
Rocko, who is the owner of A1 Recordings, says he signed the rap star to a six-album deal in 2011, but claims breach of contract... when he cut a deal with Epic Records.
Apparently, when Future initially signed with Epic, things were fine, but the lawsuit says Future cut a side deal with the label and received multi-million dollar advances in the process.
Ultimately, Rocko says he was screwed out of his share of the earnings, which would be 25% of Future's advances. Furthermore, he says he's owed 20% of Future's earnings from touring and endorsements.
He wants $10 million to satisfy the debt.
