San Antonio Spurs Sign Tracy McGrady For The NBA Playoffs :::: #NBA

Tracy McGrady

The San Antonio Spurs just acquired a new player as they enter the NBA Playoffs: Tracy McGrady.
According to ESPN.com, the former NBA star inked a deal with the Spurs for the remainder of the season, adding to the team's roster who just lost Stephen Jackson (released) and Boris Diaw to injury.
T-Mac will be eligible to play for the Spurs during the playoffs because he was not on an NBA roster as of March 1. He will not play in their regular-season finale on Wednesday night (April 17) against Minnesota.
He last played in the NBA during the 2011-12 season, averaging 5.3 points and 16.1 minutes per game for Atlanta. Since then, he's been playing in the Chinese Basketball Association, where he averaged 25 points, 7.2 rebounds and 5.1 assists this year.
Despite his success as an individual, McGrady is known for never making it out of the first round of any NBA Playoff series. In 2003 and 2004, he led the NBA in scoring.
When asked how much he can contribute to the Spurs, he said: "I guess that's the unknown."
