After sitting in jail for over two weeks on an aggravated assault charge, and being denied bail, a judge has lifted the order and set bond at $75,000 for Gucci Mane. However, he may remain behind bars for a little bit.
Attorney Drew Findling told FOX News on Wednesday (April 10) that the rapper (real name: Radric Davis) plans to post bond in Fulton County, and will then be transferred to DeKalb County, where he has a hold placed on him because of his probation for an unrelated misdemeanor charge.
It's unclear if he will be released from jail shortly, or remain in DeKalb County Jail.
Gucci Mane is in hot water for assaulting a fan (who happened to be an off-duty soldier) at an Atlanta nightclub last month, hitting him in the head with a champagne bottle, causing him to need 10 stitches.
