Denver Nuggets star Ty Lawson was arrested on a DUI charge early Tuesday morning (July 14) in Los Angeles, said reports.
He was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol on the 101 Freeway, and officers said he displayed signs of intoxication.
Lawson was booked at just after 3:40 a.m. and released five hours later on $5,000 bail. He's now scheduled to appear in court on August 4.
It's the second DUI arrest this year for the 27-year-old.
He was arrested for a DUI in Denver in January, and is due in court this week to answer for the arrest.
