Next up out of Apple will reportedly be the long awaited update for the Apple TV.
According to Buzzfeed, the tech giant will unveil the next version of the device during their fall event, usually headlined by the new iPhone.
The next Apple TV is said to utilize the A8 system, and include features like an improved remote control complete with a touch pad, increased on-board storage, Siri-controlled operating system, and a brand new App store of its own.
Based on the device's success, it could help with Apple's goal of launching a subscription-based Internet TV service, which would rival Amazon Video and services as Netflix.
