Gucci Mane Ordered To Pay $58K For Shoving Woman Out His Hummer :::: Hip-Hop News

Gucci Mane

Gucci Mane recently lost in court, to the woman who claims he shoved her out of a moving Hummer.
Georgia judge ruled in favor of an Atlanta woman named Diana Graham, ordering the rapper to cough over $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering.
Gucci (real name: Radric Davis) was arrested back in early 2011, after allegedly pushing Graham out of a moving Hummer ... because she refused to go to a hotel room with him. He would go on to plead guilty to several charges and was sentenced to six months in jail, after which she sued Gucci, claiming mental anguish, pain and emotional distress.
In addition to $58K, the judge also signed an order allowing Diana to go after the rapper's cars, bank accounts and other assets to settle her debt. Gucci Mane's camp hasn't commented on the suit.
