Rihanna Unveils New Tattoo Dedicated To Late Grandmother

Rihanna's new tattoo dedicated to her late grandmother

Days after taking over MTV's Video Music Awards, Rihanna took to her Instagram to unveil a new tattoo she recently got in memory of her late grandmother.
On Sunday (September 9), the singer posted an image of her tattoo of Isis, an Egyptian goddess that was "worshipped as the ideal mother and wife as well as the patron of nature and magic," according to Wikipedia. The new ink is tatted on her rib cage, right underneath her breasts.
Rihanna lost her grandmother Dolly in July. They were very close. "Goddess Isis- Complete Woman – Model for future generations- #GRANGRANDOLLY – always in and on my heart #1lo," Rihanna wrote in a message accompanying the photo.
