DOES LEBRON’S AGENT CHANGE MATTER? :::: NBA

LeBron Signs With Klutch Sports Management

LeBron James made more headlines this week. Lebron made the decision to leave Creative Artists Agency (where he was represented by Leon Rose and William “Worldwide Wes” Wesley) to hire his childhood friend Rich Paul, who started his new agency, Klutch Sports Management.
Paul is no rookie though, he worked at CAA in 2008. While at CAA, he served as an agent for Cleveland Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson, Los Angeles Clippers point guard Eric Bledsoe, and Charlotte Bobcats Micheal Kidd-Gilchrist.
As for what this means for the future of James in The Miami Heat? Almost nothing, however there have been reports that a reunion with Cleveland is a possibility later in his career. And even though James has an opt-out in 2014 in his contract, it is very doubtful James will leave the Big Three. With Miami seen as a big contender this upcoming season, we don’t think that LeBron would be thinking of taking his talents anywhere else.
