Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger Out For 4-6 Weeks :::: #NFL

Ben RoethlisbergerSorry Steelers fans, Ben Roethlisberger will be out for four to six weeks, due to a sprained MCL in his left knee.
The quarterback suffered the injury in the third quarter of Pittsburgh's 12-6 win over the Rams on Sunday (Sept. 27).
Rams safety Mark Barron sacked Roethlisberger after coming on a blitz, but hit him just below the left knee. He went down and immediately grabbed at the knee before the play was whistled dead.
According to ESPN, an MRI revealed there was no tear of the ACL in the knee, but instead, a bone bruise
"Ben is a competitor and we are confident he will do everything in his power to return at the appropriate time," Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Monday (Sept. 28) in a statement.
