Although Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom called off their divorce, in the wake of the former NBA player's recent health scare, Khloe says they're not back together.
In a cover story for People, Khloe opened up about her current status with Odom.
"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," Khloe told People. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
"It's not anything sexual or intimate. I want to be his support system," she continued. "Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it's the same, except I'm here supporting him fully."
Odom was found unconscious in Nevada on Oct. 13 following a drug overdose, and is currently recovering in Los Angeles, where Khloe has been by his side.
Following the People cover, Khloe was bombarded with criticism for doing a magazine cover in the midst of personal drama. However, she's taken to Twitter to explain that the shoot and interview was done before Odom's overdose.
