Young Money President, Mack Maine, recently revealed that Weezy is planning to drop another project called Velvet. "We wanna get that Carter V out. Wayne also has a dope project called Velvet. We want to get that out," he said in an interview with REVOLT.
Maine didn't stop there with Weezy news. He also said the rapper is also working on a group project titled L.A.T., consisting of himself, HoodyBaby and Gudda Gudda.
Details about when these projects will see the light of way are still unknown.
This week, Birdman stated that Tha Carter V will get a release date, despite Wayne's ongoing legal battle with Cash Money. "It’s definitely coming out,” he said. “The situation with me and my son, I’m going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward."
