DJ Khaled saw his celebrity rise to new heights in 2016, thanks to his exploding popularity on Snapchat. Now, with 2017 underway, he's enjoying the fruits of his labor... with the purchase of a $10 million spread in Beverly Hills.

The Miami DJ copped the 10,700 sq. ft. estate from British pop singer Robbie Williams for $9.9 million, reports Variety.

Located inside of the guard-gated Mulholland Estates development, it boasts 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as a pool, outdoor kitchen, terraced patios, and a gym/media room... Oh and four floors.

Williams bought home back in 2002 for $5.45 million, and listed it last summer for $11 million.
