Today (Sept. 19) marks the 10th anniversary of Lupe Fiasco’s critically-acclaimed debut album, Food & Liquor.
Upon its release in 2006, the album -- which was executive produced by Jay Z -- debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200, without a top 10 single, and went on to receive four Grammy nominations.
Celebrating the moment, Lupe Fiasco dropped a lengthy audio tour, in which he offers memories and moments from Food & Liquor, including its leak, two weeks early.
In the hour-long retrospect, the Chicago rapper also delves into things like the album cover, explaining the significance of each floating item; Jay Z's involvement on the record; and the unreleased songs that didn't make the cut.
Lupe also premieres a brand new track by the end of the audio clip.
