The rapper and four others were arrested on Thursday (Sept. 8) in NYC, following a road rage incident in which a driver claimed a gun was pulled on him.
He was facing felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon, but apparantly, when police searched Desiigner's SUV shortly after the incident, they could find no gun. So, the charge was dropped, reports TMZ.
During the search, they did find a large quantity of pills in the center console, including Oxycontin. So, all five people (including Desiigner) was charged with felony criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell, which has also been dropped.
However, the rapper still faces felony possession of a controlled substance and menacing charges.
