According to TMZ, the rapper (real name: David Darnell Brown) was in court on Wednesday (Aug. 10) for a probation violation, and the judge gave him seven months behind bars.
The violation comes from an arrest last month, when Buck allegedly threatened to torch his ex-GF's apartment.
Buck has been on probation since 2012 for a gun charge, when federal agents found illegal firearms in his home during a raid.
