Birdman and his Cash Money Records has been hit with a new lawsuit by songwriters, who claim they are owed by the label and never paid.

According to TMZ, their artist Lil Wayne sampled some obscure tracks for the songs, "You" and "Certified," but never paid the writers behind the song.

So, the songwriters have filed a lawsuit, claiming they are owed $3.3 million.

Lil Wayne's $51 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records is still pending.
