If you got an extra $28.5 million laying around, you can buy the priciest residence in the Bay Area currently on the market, reports Forbes.
The mansion is 111 years old, built in 1905 on the site of he 2008 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, 2820 Scott Street.
The 16,000-square-foot Italianate villa touts seven bedrooms, 10 baths, five marble terraces, six cast-bronze balconies, seven fireplaces, and French paned windows.

The current owners, Ken and Dorothy Paige of Paige Glass, purchased the property in 2005 and immediately set out to restore it to its original glory.
Inside, it features a portico-style canopy of etched glass, atiled Tiffany glass fountain, a hand-carved ceiling, and a curved marble staircase capped with a panoramic domed Tiffany skylight.
It also sports four levels, including a lower level that contains a media room and an adjoining game room, along with a wet bar, a gym, a wine cellar, au pair quarters, a kitchen, and a spa bath. It also has access to a four-car garage.
