The mansion is 111 years old, built in 1905 on the site of he 2008 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, 2820 Scott Street.

The current owners, Ken and Dorothy Paige of Paige Glass, purchased the property in 2005 and immediately set out to restore it to its original glory.
