Woah! Rumors are swirling that Eminem may be cooking up a diss track for Drake.
Hot 97's Ebro Darden revealed the news on his morning show on Wednesday (Aug. 3), saying he told Drizzy about the rumor. "I told Drake that I heard the rumor was that Eminem was gonna gear up to come after him. And, he laughed and he was like 'That's not gonna happen. He'd never do that. And if he did, I got something for him too.' "
Ebro went on to discuss Drake's ongoing feud with Joe Budden, who has released a number of diss tracks, though Drizzy has yet to really fire back.
He brought up Budden's threats about releasing direct messages between the pair. "That's why Joe ain't put at the DMs," Drake allegedly told Ebro. "The reason he hasn't put them out is because I said, 'I hope you get well in this tough time,'" which Ebro translated as "aka you strung out on dope or something."
Budden recently claimed that Drake sent him a series of DMS, where he bet him $10,000 USD that he couldn't release 25 diss tracks. "He sent me a very passive aggressive Insta-DM. I didn't even know how to take it," he said.
Aside from the Joe Budden take, a battle with Eminem would be pretty epic, right?
