According to TMZ, the couple got into an argument inside a car Wednesday afternoon (Aug. 17) after Cassie told Diddy she wanted to break up.
Sources say Diddy got angry, grabbed her phone and began scrolling through it. He eventually jumped out of the car in Beverly Hills with the phone, while she left with the driver.
Cassie called to tell her mom about the incident, who called the cops on him, before he finally came home and returned the phone. When cops arrived at Cassie's place, she explained the situation, so they wrote up a domestic incident report and left.
For now, they're broken up.
