VICE continues to expand, as it announces that it has acquired London-basedGarage Magazine, reports Variety.
As part of the acquisition, VICE will launch a new digital channel based on the mag's brand.
Terms were not disclosed.
Garage will expand its editorial teams with offices in New York and London, and roll out additional international outposts to launch local editions. And, VICE also plans to expand Garage's print focus with original video, news, interviews and events from the art, architecture, fashion and design worlds.
The biannual Garage print magazine will also continue.
