Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette has suffered an Achilles injury that will sideline for a second consecutive season.
On Twitter, the 28-year-old revealed that he tore his right Achilles tendon during football drills over the weekend. He tweeted that he had been in the best shape of his life "and this happens to me now."

After being cut by the New Orleans Saints, before their 2015 camp, the Washington Redskins signed Galette to a one-year deal, but he tore his Achilles in practice. He re-signed a one-year deal with the Redskins this offseason and was optimistic that he would be ready for 2016.
Tough break. He has not played since the 2014 season.
