Atlanta rapper OG Maco was involved in a serious car accident over the weekend, leaving him severely injured.
The rapper revealed the news on Twitter, with an image of him in a hospital bed, flipping the bird and the hashtag "#PrayForMaco".
In a follow-up tweet, Maco referenced Kanye West's 2004 single "Through the Wire", writing: "Thank God I ain’t too cool for that safe belt."
He suffered multiple skull fractures, a broken orbital, cracked vertebrae and heart palpitations ... and requires surgery.
Despite the severity of the injuries, Maco joked, "On the bright side, my plastic surgeon says I can't get any uglier, so fixing my face should be easy."
