Nike CEO Mark Parker Has Made $47.6 Million for 2016 :::: #Fashion

While it's obvious that Nike is making a killing, but how much is its CEO Mark Parker making?
According to Business of Fashion, the 60-year-old Nike executive earned a whopping $47.6 million for the 2016 fiscal year, thanks largely to his stock grants.
Parker's salary remained $1.55 million in the period, which ended May 31, but his stock, which had been valued at $3.5 million, ballooned to $33.5 million -- increased by awards meant to keep him at the company until 2020.

He became CEO in 2006, and since then, Parker has led Nike to more than $32 billion in sales, more than double the level when he took over at.
Parker was named chairman this year, succeeding company co-founder Phil Knight.
Despite the growth, Nike's stock fell 8.6 percent in 2015, following seven straight years of gains.
