Following Kevin Durant's announcement that he has chosen to sign with the Golden State Warriors, hometown rapper Lil B has lifted his curse against him.
Back in 2011, the Berkeley, Calif. rapper bestowed a curse on KD after the NBA star insulted him on Twitter... and even dropped a diss track for him (see below).
On ESPN's SportsNation last summer, Lil B offered him the chance to have the curse lifted by playing him in a game of 21... which he also mentions on the song.
Obviously, KD never took him up on his offer, and the curse has been active ever since... until July 4th, when Durant said he was headed to Oakland to join Stephen Curry and the Warriors.
After the news broke, Lil B took to Twitter to officially announce that the curse has been lifted.
