Lakers Agree to Deals with Timofey Mozgov & Jordan Clarkson :::: #NBA

The Los Angeles Lakers made some significant transactions this week, inking deals with Jordan Clarkson and center Timofey Mozgov.
The team has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Mozgov on a four-year deal worth $64 million, a source tells ESPN.
The center spent the last two seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, during which he averaged 10.6 points and 6.9 rebounds in 46 games in the 2014-15 season... and started all 20 games during their postseason, though they lost to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.

This past season, Mozgov saw his role significantly reduced, averaging just 6.3 points and 4.4 rebounds during the regular season and just 1.2 points in 5.8 minutes during the postseason.
As for Clarkson, he's agreed to a four-year, $50 million deal with the Lakers, after two seasons with the team, who acquired the 46th overall pick from Washington on draft night in 2014 to get him.
Despite two dismal seasons, he's been a rare bright spot, averaging 11.9 points per game and making the NBA's All-Rookie team in the 2014-15 season; and improving to 15.5 points per game last season, second on the team behind Kobe Bryant.
