Supreme’s Customer Service is Terrible & You Have to Deal With It :::: #Fashion

Although Supreme is one of the most s
ought-after brands by the youth, their customer service is not as highly-touted.
In a recent interview with Marfa Journal, brand creative director Angelo Baque discussed the hostile vibe its store employees give off... ultimately saying it's supposed to be that way.
"Skateboarding has never been nice. Let's make that clear. It started as an outsider thing, and skateboarders have always been assholes," he candidly explained.

He goes on to say that he has absolutely no problem with the attitude of the staff. "So if you have legitimate skaters working in stores then they are going to be f*cking assholes. I love them for being who they are. If you don't like it then don't f*cking shop."
Don't believe it? Just look on Yelp here. The Los Angeles flagship has countless reviews, saying just how terrible the customer service is.
"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!" one reviewer wrote in April. "As many other reviews stated the staff is completely RUDE! The company should take note that employees are RUINING your BRAND."
"I do not get their business strategy? Every Time I've walked into this store, it's just a bunch of a*sholes standing around," another reviewer wrote. "Why would anyone wanna support this store w/ a bunch of ignorant dudes standing around not giving a sh*t about customer service. I am only here when friends/family wanna check it out and we never walk out buying anything anyways."
Elsewhere, Baque discussed his distate for the Fairfax district of Los Angeles, where its flagship is located... saying its gotten so trendy, they've talked about moving.
"We've contemplated moving off of Fairfax, but at the end of the day we were there before, and we will be there after," he said. "It is what it is. I can't really see the store being anywhere else in L.A."
