A ruling has been made in Ciara and Future
's ongoing custody battle, and the singer landed on the losing side.
According to TMZ, a Los Angeles judge sided with the rapper on Monday (May 16), granting him joint custody of the former couple's two-year-old son, baby Future.
Ciara was seeking sole custody, claiming Future was a bad person, but the judge didn't buy it.
Despite one resolution, there's also a lawsuit between the couple. Earlier this year, the singer filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future and last month, he countersued.
Still no news on the status of the civil suit.
