Floyd Mayweather Positive Conor McGregor Fight Will Happen :::: #Sports

Floyd Mayweather continues to hype the tal
ked about fight between himself and UFC star Conor McGregor, though most experts don't believe it'll ever go down.
On Friday (May 13), the boxer was extremely positive when discussing the fight with Showtime, though he made it clear it would be a boxing match, not an MMA match.
"The fight may happen. You don't really know as of right now," Mayweather said. "But do I think the fight will happen? Absolutely."

"It has to be a boxing match, because most fights that Conor McGregor won inside the Octagon was... he was a stand-up guy," he continued. "So, I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a tough fight for me. We don't really know, as of right now, but it's been a lot of talk. Hopefully, we can make the fight happen."
Being that Conor McGregor is under contract with the UFC, he'll need approval to fight Mayweather. UFC president says if Floyd wants to make it happen, he just need to call him.
"Conor McGregor is under contract with the UFC. Listen, if Floyd wants to fight Conor, call me Floyd," White said during a recent appearance on "The Dan Patrick Show."
Still, White doesn't believe the fight will ever happen. He tells ESPN: "Let me put it to you this way. Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are in the same sport. It took how long for those two to fight? Now imagine how hard it would be to get (Mayweather and McGregor) to fight. They're not in the same sport."
We'll believe it when he we see it.
