NASA Television recently launched an ultra-HD video channel called NASA TV UHD, and the first offering is this time-lapse clip from high above Earth. Shot from International Space Station, the visual gives viewers a look at both the Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis phenomena, which occurs when electrically charged electrons and protons in the Earth's magnetic field collide with neutral atoms in the upper atmosphere.
