Golden State Warriors Ties 1996 Bulls with 72-Win Season :::: #NBA

The Golden State Warriors made histo
ry on Sunday night (April 10), when they tied single-season win record of 72 wins, also held by the Michael Jordan's 1996 Chicago Bulls.
The Stephen Curry-led Warriors it the mark with a 92-86 win over the San Antonio Spurs, ending their 39-win streak in their home arena. It also marked the first time since Feb. 14, 1997 that the Warriors beat the Spurs in San Antonio... after 33 straight tries.

After the game, Curry held onto the historic game ball. "It's in my locker," he said. "One thing I learned from last year, the championship, is don't throw the ball when something good happens. Andre [Iguodala] took it from me last year, so I kept this one."
Golden State now has the chance to hold the single-season win record by themselves, if they can earn a win ahead the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday in their final game of the season... for a historic 73rd win of the season.
Can they do it? Let us know.
