Wu-Tang Fan Suing RZA & Martin Shkreli Over His Artwork :::: #Music

Wu-Tang - Once Upon a Time in Shaolin
A Wu-Tang Clan fan is suing RZA and Martin Shkreli over art work used in the one-of-one album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.
According to TMZ, Jason Koza claims he submitted nine hand drawn portraits of Wu members to be posted on a blog called Wu Disciples, and was later surprised when the group's producer Cilvaringz contacted him in 2014 to say he was working on the Once Upon a Time in Shaolin record.
Koza says after the initial contact from Cilvaringz, he never heard another word from him or anyone affiliated with the group.

Then, in 2015, the album was completed, sold and included a leather-bound book with copies of his portraits. Shkreli, who purchased the album via auction for $2 million, allowedVice to post three of the portraits in a January article... and this is when Koza found out his artwork was used.
It's unclear how much he is seeking in the lawsuit.
