Tyga Filed for Bankruptcy in 2010 :::: #Music

Tyga
Tyga may or may not be flush with cash today, but five years ago, he filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
According to theJasmineBrand, the Los Angeles rapper filed back in Dec. 2010 in an effort to dodge paying a former landlord, who won a default judgement against him, due to failing to pay rent.
At the time, Tyga claimed to have only $50,000 to his name, and could not afford to pay his creditors the debt he owed of nearly $500,000, including money owed from the Tarzana home he was evicted from.

Court documents from Jan. 2011 accused Tyga of filing the bankruptcy in "bad faith to delay, hinder or defraud the bank" and a motion for relief from the automatic stay was filed.
The bankruptcy filing was eventually dismissed, and no debt was wiped from Tyga's records, after he failed to provide the required documents.
