Oakland Raiders defensive end Justin Tuck announced Monday that he is retiring.
The 32-year-old made the announcement on Facebook, where he said he's walking away with "very few regrets."
"After months of praying and careful consideration, I have decided to retire from the game of football. I've had 11 great years and honestly I leave with very few regrets," Tuck wrote.

Tuck entered the league in 2005, after being selected in the third round of draft by the New York Giants, where he played the first nine years of his 11-year career and won two Super Bowls. He'd eventually join the Raiders before the 2014 season.
In an interview with The Michael Kay Show on 98.7 ESPN, he said he plans to retire as a Giant.
