First Production Acura NSX Auctioned For $1.2 Million :::: #Lifestyle

The first production 2017 Acura NSX went up for auction this past week, selling for a record-setting $1.2 million. The buyer? NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick.
Hendrick collects high-performance cars for his museum in Charlotte, NC. He bought the VIN No. 001 Acura at the Barrett-Jackson Collector-Car Auction in Scottsdale, AZ this past week.

He also owns VIN No. 001 of the 2010 Camaro, 2011 Camaro convertible, 2014 Corvette and 2015 Corvette convertible, among others.
The $1.2 million went to two charities: The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and musician Zac Brown's Camp Southern Ground.
The 2017 Acura NSX is set to hit dealers this year, starting at $156,000.
